Camera Obscura
Camera Obscura

An interactive Camera Obscura is the focus, you might say,
of what is perhaps the most interesting exhibit at the Museum.

How does it work?

Inside the darkened room, a pinhole in the exterior wall acts as a lens, which then creates
on an interior wall an inverted projection of Liverpool's Main Street with its stores and bustling traffic.

Don't miss this one – the Camera Obscura is a magical delight for children,
And an educational experience for one and all!
